Kayode Sofola, SAN
Kayode Sofola is the Founding Partner of Kayode Sofola & Associates, which was set up in 1990, having worked for his father the late Kehinde Sofola, SAN, CON, at Kehinde Sofola & Co. from 1976 – 1983, where he rose through the ranks to become the Managing Partner.
He is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Notary Public, a renowned commercial litigator and a tax specialist with a reputation of being an adviser to advisers. He was a member of, and legal adviser to, the Vision 20:2020 National Technical Working Group on the Judiciary and Rule of Law. He holds various company board appointments and was formerly a non-executive director for over 13 years (1994-2004) and Chairman (2004 – 2007) of the board of UBA Plc. presiding over its merger with STB and the ensuing integration process, and sat on the board of EMTS (Etisalat) Nigeria Limited until 2016.
Kolade Sofola
Kolade Sofola is the Managing Partner at Kayode Sofola and Associates (KS Legal), where he brings decades of high-level legal, policy, and infrastructure advisory experience in leading the firm’s strategic direction and client service delivery. His distinguished career spans both private legal practice and top-tier government advisory roles, marked by a consistent focus on areas including but not limited to, infrastructure law, public-private partnerships (PPP), project finance, and regulatory reform.
Mr. Kolade earned his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Nottingham and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Cardiff University, specializing in Competition Law, Intellectual Property Law, and International Sale of Goods Law.
Yeside Asolo, MCIArb
Yeside Asolo plays a crucial role in the Firm’s dispute resolution and corporate/commercial practice. With extensive expertise in commercial law, she adeptly advises and represents banks, financial institutions, asset management firms, corporations, and individuals in various aspects of litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
As a registered compliance officer with the Securities and Exchange Commission in Nigeria, Yeside provides strategic guidance on capital market transactions and addresses regulatory and compliance matters, as well as the negotiation of commercial agreements.
Oluwatope Fagbamila
Oluwatope Fagbamila is a Senior Associate. He obtained his LL.B (Hons) at the Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo (Second Class Upper Division).
He thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus for his bar exams, and subsequently enrolled as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Ekeminiubong David Eboro
Ekemini is a formidable member of the team, renowned for his professional acumen and versatility which he brings to bare across diverse practice areas.
As a seasoned litigator, he has garnered extensive experience representing clients in courts across various states in Nigeria.
Hameed Mobolaji Imoru

Olajumoke Olasemo
Olajumoke Olasemo is a focused and articulate lawyer with a solid background in dispute resolution, legal advisory, transactional work, and corporate compliance. With academic excellence demonstrated by graduating with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) from both the University of Ibadan and the Nigerian Law School, she brings both intellectual rigor and practical insight to her work.
