Oluwatope Fagbamila is a Senior Associate. He obtained his LL.B (Hons) at the Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo (Second Class Upper Division).
He thereafter proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus for his bar exams, and subsequently enrolled as Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Prior to joining KS Legal, Oluwatope started his legal practice as an Associate with the firm of Deji Sasegbon, SAN & Co., where honed his advocacy and legal drafting skills.
He subsequently joined the firm of Lords and Temple Attorneys where he diligently led and coordinated the Litigation Department by providing legal representation to clients (both local and international) from the magistrate Court up to the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Oluwatope’s practice areas are dispute resolution (litigation and other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms), industrial and labour-related matters, and election petition.
