Kolade is a seasoned legal adviser and transactional lawyer. He has worked as lead adviser to major investment banks, issuing houses, Nigerian and international companies, and to the Nigerian government.
Notably, Kolade was adviser to UBA Plc on its N500 billion Tier 1 Bond offering and also counsel to the Federal Ministry of Finance on the creation of the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority. Kolade has a significant portfolio of dispute resolution matters, including Supreme Court and Court of Appeal appearances. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CiArb)
